On the right hand of the lower feederhouse jackshaft is a 4 groove cast pully that has a bearing that mounts on the hub of the pulley. I need to remove that pulley. Is the snapring on that hub/bearing the only thing keeping that pulley on the shaft or is it pressed on or is it assembled with lock tight? It doesn't want to seem to budge and I want to know what I am dealing with before I 'persuade' it.

An update, I put heat to the pulley hub assuming there must be lock tight used in assembly and we were able to slide the pulley off the shaft and then i had to cut the bearing off of the pulley.
