I heard the current Gleaner models are being promoted as able to spread a little better.

I was wondering what exactly is the new update for the spreader on the current edition combine?

I think I heard somewhere it was an improved curtain, is this true?

I have looked at agco literature and have not seen a picture of it.

Whatever it is, could update my current R52 to achieve similar results?

I was told by a dealer @ Mt. Hope, Ks that on the Super7 they shortened the curtain by 10"

this is the factory chaff spreader that we added to our r75 last summer. It did a great job spreading the soybean chaff last fall behind a 35' head. Didn't get a 35' spread, close to a 30' with no visible lines this spring.
