Having issues with my pto stopping too fast on tractor, going to wreck my cart apart. NH can't figure out what's wrong so they Just tear it apart. John deere please

That's funny they didn't put that feature to put it in neutral while holding a button like on the smaller tractor. I really like this option!

My 2013 Steiger tractors(should be the same as yours) do the same thing when you dis-engage. However my Elmer's grain cart has an overrunning PTO clutch so everything coasts to a stop when you turn it off.

It is possible that mine would coast if it were hooked directly to the momentum of the auger??? I have just noticed that it does stop and the over-ride clutch takes over from there.

Ya I am new to grain carts just bought it and put on my new t9. Asked dealer about it so they asked nh assist. Told them to tear apart tractor. Apparently It's normal but new holland still can't figure that out..

I just was visiting a friend who has a 550 Versatile on a grain cart.
He was telling me the tractor didn't seem to have any brake on the PTO. Like that was a disadvantage he seemed to think.

Our quad stops the pro pretty quick too but the cart clutch lets it coast to a stop as well, J&M cart here.

It is very stupid that the don't have a PTO break release like the smaller tractors though
