unloading auger will not swing out on combine. checked fuses and relays and found no problems, if you push out auger by hand a few inches and hit button to bring in it sits back in cradle with no problems. no lights come on tower showing auger is doing anything. got to electrical gremlin somewhere.

If you leave the switch to swing out on, does it sound like the hydraulics are laboring? If so, leave the switch on and go back and give the auger a push to see if it will swing out then. You may have a spot that there is too much drag for the hydraulics to overcome. Then you will need to determine what that is.

Don't know about the 21 series ,but on the 16 series they used diodes to control the activation of the coils on the hydraulic valve stack left of the cab. This sounds just like what our 1680 did, the auger would go out, but not back in. There is a diode for the extend function , and one for the retract function.
