Hey everyone, we are having an issue with our 2188. The feeder house will not go all the way to the ground when you let the head down. When we unhooked the potentiometer on the feeder house and moved the arm to a certain spot then it will go all the way down. So we tried putting a new pot on and and it does the same thing. We even calibrated it as the book says to, but when we calibrate it, the head go down to about a foot off of the ground. It's starting to get very frustrating. Had the dealer out once and no luck, so he is coming back out tomorrow morning. If anyone has any advice or tips, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Will be interested in what the dealer finds out . It will go all the way down when you hold the lower button either in rtc or with it off ???? Could be that you aren't getting the calibrate sequence right -- you have to wait for quite a while sometimes between doing things . Just a thought .
