For some reason the feeder house does not disengage when I turn off the switch. The real on the flex head turns off but the auger and knives still run. I have to turn off the separator then it disengages. Wondering what it might be?
Sometimes the spacer that slides through the gauge block gets siezed and needs some lube and a tap with the hammer. Make sure that the tensioner rod / spring is adjusted correctly. Just follow the instructions in the manual.
Thanks for the help. Those rods that are know for breaking was broken and welded along the way but who ever had the combine last did not adjust the belt right.
