2388 moisture sensor out of range

It probably means that the voltage reading from the moisture sensor is out of the specified range. Check what voltage you are getting in the displays diagnostics. To find the problem you have to make sure that the sensor is getting power and is outputting the proper voltage and that it is making its way back to the ecm. If any of these things is out it could cause this code.
