2388 monitor issues

Hi evreyone ; Havent posted in a while . I've been having some funny issues with my 2388 . It seem that the return to cut doesent want to work properly . When in the field i will put RTC on and then turn the height knob down to where the arrow comes on but then the header will raise automatically about a foot or so . the other thing is the concave adjustment doesent work properly . You go through the whole adjustment process and then when you open the concaves to one it will be two on the indicator on the concaves -- same with #2 it goes to 4 but at eight it is right . Have tried to set it and the header height several times but no luck . Could it be something in the instrument cluster ????
