We took ours out every year, and did it through the bottom. We just moved the tires out, and used chain falls to assist.
2388 Vertical unload auger
Took out the vertical unload auger in a 1660 a couple times and took it out the top. On my 2388, is it easier to go out the top or down thru the bottom? Any other tricks other than watch for timing of horizontal? Am going to put on plastic flighting. I also need to replace the outside tube on the horizontal unloading. Any after markets better than others? Thanks.
