I want to buy a 2388 or 2399, but cant find any specs of the 2399 on the internet. Can anybody help?

The 2399 is a product for the South America market, and is not sold in North America. If you look at the case site for south america stuff, you'll see a 2388 and 2399 listed there. Here is a link directly to the 2399 stuff:
