like most my corn is 30-34%. The positive side is it is yielding about 220. The bad is 50 lb test weight. What settings have you guys had good luck with? I was running con 7.4 rotor 350 fan 1050 shoe about 1/2 open the rest of top sieves open to my first knuckle. I was getting some fines in sample I thought it was from wet corn. I also was getting some out the back you can see corn in the first two rows of next pass.
Do you open that shoe all the way up? I've heard of some taking it all the way out. I switch back to beans to often for that. Thanks for any reply.

we`ve been running a large wire concave in first slot, our own round bar in 2nd slot and large wire in 3rd, we let the first concave load up and then dump the corn thru the round bar 3rd large wire and seperation grates, all your other settings are good the round bar should help your rotor loss
