Got a 3020 Terra flex. Works OK, but never had a flex before. Hard to get used to how flimsy it seems. Only used it on 950 acres, and didn'tuse it in flex mode. 2015 model I think. Bought it at a farm auction. He told me he bought it new and only used it on 6 or 7 hundred acres.

From the feedback I hear, the 3020 was somewhat better than the 2020/74C.
As far as putting it on a CR - Mechanically/hydraulically it will be fine. Electrically, if your CR is one of the original 9xx, then you would need to change out the sensor system or get a conversion from Headsight. If your CR is the newer 90x0 or 9.xx (2009 & up) then it will likely plug right in. The early 10V Bosch system won't talk to the sensors on a 3020.

Had a 3020 for 5 years. It was…….okay. Had problems with arms that hold fingers coming loose and tearing things up. Auger had a bough in it not allowing enough engagement of arms. Tried fixing it myself. Had dealer out as well…..to no avail.
Last year went to a Macdon FD140. Added paddle fingers and when adjusted properly short beans, tall beans, dirty beans all feed better and faster. Wouldn’t go back but then I have cereals as well.
