it doesn't matter what brand! coming off winter they all give trouble. you gotta drain your def tank and rinse your tank out with warm water. then you either throw out the old def or run it through strainer back into the def tank. those little crystals in the def from the frost will plug your def system up! once you do that you should be good.

We ran one last year and had no end of trouble with the def system. Every day we had something. Tried a few software updates but never 100%fixed. Had a tier4b new holland cr9090 and worked perfect so must be something with the sprayer setup. If your just looking to buy and would buy a used I'd buy a 3330 we never had an issue with 2 of them

A lot of what the issue is that DEF crystallizes.

Also, the def in line actually gets pumped back into the tank, so if you are turning your machine off, make sure you don't kill it before you hear the def pump stop pumping it back.

For a beginning of the season, as there will always be a little of bit of DEF crystallized in your tank, best mix it with a fresh batch of def to try make the solution again. If you are having especially troublesome issues, maybe even run the new def in through the lines, then let the pump get it back in a few times to make sure there aren't going to be crystals getting stuck in your screens.
