I don't usually run my 585R but it seems to shake back and forth more than it should. I have had techs look at it and they seem to think its in the shakers pan assemblies, but can't figure out where? Its not real bad, it just seems to be more than it should.

I also changed the mega bushings several years ago, that is when it seemed to show up. Everything looks to be together correctly and they are timed side to side.

Also, no build up of material anywhere.

Any ideas? Can a mega bushing on the shakers arms cause that?

Our factory 740 shakes/rocks with seperater engaged, mainly at idle though.

I know nothing about the "mega bushings". You could compare to another machine and/or take cleaning system drive belt off to isolate some of the cause. Might even be able to rig up a drive for the cleaning system with a screw gun or electric motor to diagnose in a quieter, safer way.

When it comes to rubber bushings, it is recommended to tighten the bushing bolt down with the rubber in the "mid-stroke" position.
