has anyone ever put a john deere 630f 625f header on a gleaner r62 96 model.... from the way I get it the hydra part of these,,, u set the pressure and leave it alone after that... so if I figure out a way to set the correct pressure on it I should b good on that part.... then just put the gleaner censors on the tilt and header height control... any help would b great....

I don't know anything about the jd but from what you are saying I think you could do that with a draper kit on your r62 I belief it takes another valve and couple more switches and the gauge I had one added to my r75 to run my 9250

Find yourself a Macdon 974 and put it on that machine and you will never want to get rid of it.Putting a JD head on is a pain in the rear,you do not even need header height control to run a Macdon on that machine.
