6620 feeder house

Having a lot of trouble with the feeder house drum collecting material between the chain and the drum mainly on the left side of the drum but sometimes on the right also, causing the chain to become to tight. Also having material wrap around the feeder house chain drive shaft and causing the slats to hit the top of the feeder house.
I am trying to harvest Iron clay peas...
Any ideas?????

i have a 6620 turbo ....my suggest buy a 7720 or 9400

how far does the flighting on the auger go on the header drum. if it does not push it far enough in it can cause problems. is the feederhouse drum in the up or down setting?

had milo stalks wrap up on top shaft of 7720.crop was a little green and tough.when crop and conditions got right I never had any trouble.
