What is involve with removing the main drive driven pulley on the counter shaft along with the feeder varible speed. When the backing on the main drive belt let go it took out the metal grease line to the countershaft bearing and there isnt near enough room to reinstall without moving the pulley.

The mains drive pulleys are held on by tapered rings. To get them off you need a pipe that is bigger than the tapper ring and fits around the base of the pulley. You then hit the pipe with a sledge hammer to vibrate the tapper ring out. When you put it back you should have a pipe the same size as the tapper ring with a plate welded on the end with a hole for a threaded rod down the middle. You use the pipe and threaded rod to press the ring back in as tight as possible around the pulley. A loose tapper ring will wreck the countershaft. It is not too bad of a job once you have a few pipes made up to remove and press the ring back in.
