700 series:adding cab printer?

I noticed since I didn't have a factory printer, the location would make a good storage hole possibly. I took the cover off and noticed a maybe 9 pin connector that looked like what a ticket printer would use. Can the wiring already in the cab be used to safely and easily hook up a printer to use? Does CEBIS need unlocked for it to function? Thanks.
