Hello all,

Would anyone know what the threshold for wear on the concaves is? We have 2011 7120's with 600ish hours on them and are just going over them. Noticed some wear, not sure when it is time to replace. Any advice appreciated.

I would expect to get at least a 1000 hrs in a concave. I'm coming from Gleaners though.

1000 separator hours on ours, probably 750 pin small wires and 250 on large, I see no point in replacing small wires for another 250-500. Large wires will have quite a few years yet.
