2007 8010 tailings reprocesser shakes badly when running at high idle. Checked the bearings and replaced the ones on the middle paddles, but this didn't fix it. The reprocesser drives the sieves, and when we remove the belt that drives the sieves, the shaking stops. The sieves and bushings appear to be ok . If we run the combine at half speed the shaking stops.

Thanks for your help

Have had two different things cause this. First, make sure the inner chopper shaft that drives the processor isn't bent slightly. Can usually tell if run at low speed and watch the center pilot hole on end of shaft to see if wobbling. Second is that the tailings auger, which transmits power to shoe drive belt, was bent. If the processor is shaking badly, better check the mounts because they are probably cracked or broke.

The chopper inner shaft is running true, and so is the tailings auger. The mounts do have some cracking, and I've tried to weld that , but still too much shaking.
