On the 8010 those just come on when you lift the header up to turn and find your next pass. I suppose you could find a hot wire from the other lights to to turn them on at the at the same time.

Although, those lights don't really light up where you are going, won't help much to see in front of you.

You can turn them on just like the 2388. You first have to pull the hazards fuse so they dont blink at you all the time. It takes only seconds to pull and put back in for moving on the road.

If your talking about the lights that point out to the side and come on when you go into headland mode to help you find your next row. With the new ccm software that is in the 20 series combines you cycle the turn signal left right left center and they will stay on. For anyone with a 10 series combine your dealer can udpate the software version in the ccm's and you will be good to go.
