My cousin has an 8200 flex head, and it has the SCH sickle on it, is this standard equipment on these heads? Also why is every other knife section flipped over?

that's how the sch sickle is, gets ride of the holdowns, we love the sickle.

I think the SCH sickle is the option. You can get the standard sickle with coarse sections as well. I have run both and both get the job done.
