I bought this combine with a bad motor @ 2200 hrs when I went through it I had it balanced. The pistons where off 23 grams the rods where off 41 grams. I've had several people tell me that's one smooth sounding motor. Seems to have plenty of power until you plow mud over foot deep and have bin full
Lookin good! It is unfortunate that the production of this monster machine fell in the hardship of the 80's. Should have sold & produced so many more. Also jealous of your 4-270, I will own one someday.
Love you pictures of your white & combine. Would you be able to take a couple good pictures of the 4-270 & post them or just send me them. I am a big fan of the 4-270s. Cant find anything with just tractor on web. Thank you, Chad Shafer

Hey, Show me Massey, am still running 1.5 of these old girls. 2nd one set up for corn, primary is basically a 9720. Would like to drop a 30' CIH/JD flex on number 1. I see a step/transition in your auger extension, non White/Massey pieces?
