I’m having trouble with my 924f bolts are being sheared of where the knife head connects to the wobble box. Time seems good the stroke is where it should be according to the owner’s manual and I can move the knife head by hand so it’s not binding any where. is there something I’m missing?

Are you using grade 8 bolts? Take off the belt and turn it over by hand to see if you can feel it hanging up. How are the wear plates? Make sure the feeder house speed is turned all the way down. Should be approximately 520 RPM

I assume you are referring to the head of the sickle, not the bolts holding the wobble box to the main bar (that the guards bolt to). If you are shearing the bolts to the bar--- STOP NOW. You will need to replace the ball joint and bushings on the stabilizer arm under the left end....its shot and the whole thing is shaking itself apart. I've seen this rip the entire end skid and bar in two.
