06 936D right draper stops turning when you get into a heavy crop or lots of straw. Replaced all the roller bearings and the draper is tightened like the manual says. There is no build-up inside the draper either. Could the drive motor be getting weak? The speed of the draper seems fine. I have no trouble with the left draper.

We had 07 936D headers and had the same problem. you have to tighten the right hand side tighter than the op manual says.

ran them for several years, squeeze the right hand tension down past the guide by an inch or so, we also went past the guide on the center belt

never had any issues w/ them like that

you have to move the right draper frame assembly toward the center. it is in the op manual. easy way to see it is check how much the frames overlap the center drum. they should be the same

another thing that may cause this is the platform adapter to rear frame height adjustment been too low, basically spring height. Check LHS and RHS of main adapter and place ruler across and it should line up approx 4 1/2 to 5 " from memory from top. There should be two dots to line up. If this is too low the side belts jam on the centre belt skid plate side rubbers.

Could also be main draper hydraulic pump on way out also. The RHS belt is last in circuit and normal 1st to stop working if on way out.
