John deere 9400 combine won't idle or throttle up and when you try moving it starts to die out

low on fuel or air? Does it smoke? My first and easy check would be fuel pressure. Is the electric fuel pump working? Never worked on a 9400, guessing it has an electric fuel pump.

fuel filter plugged? does it start good? at what rpm does it idle?
