I need to order parts for a 95 combine engine to overhaul. But have no idea on what engine it has in as the engine plate is missing. looks like a 6039 engine. Any one got an idea on what engine it is and any other details that may help get spares for it.

its a diesel. Have no idea what year dont have much detail about it.

Its either a 248 or 303 depeding on the year if its original. 1967 is when JD switched over to the 303. Serial number for the combine should be near the back end of the fuel tank.
