Hi I am from Chile, South America and sometimesI have problems with the engine speed at low speed varies between 900 and 1150 rpm, when this happens and stop the engine, starting again immediately, it is a problem, however I hope this cold part immediately, replace all filters and the problem continues.
I hope you can help me.

Hi trillagro.
Does the problem also happen at high rpm, or only at idle? Does it happen with a full tank or empty tank? I've heard of 9600's with blocks at a strainer inside the tank outlet.
Check for fuel flow from the filter below the tank, and check the breather to make sure it isn't blocked.

Check fuel temp sensor connector ontop of fuel pump make sure it's not loose on sender can cause issues like u describe.

Hi, Chompy first thanks for your answer, the problem is only in idle, the fuel flow is good , today I clean the breather but the problem never happen at high rpm.

Hi, Olescool check the sensor and sees everything in shape, ran the combine today for an hour and no fault at all but only work at low rpm (1210), now in Chile it is winter so only work under shed.

finally was the connector in the engine controller

We had this problem one time. The electronic governor in your pump is wore out. Replace the pump and it will fix the problem
