what would cause the head to bounce when it is down in the cutting position ? I have had the nitrogen pressure checked in the accumulator and replaced the control box on the head. Drop rate valve seems to be fine.

open the valve by the accumulator a turn and a half . you my have to play with that to get it to respond softly .
