I replaced a bent primary countershaft in this 9570. Got it back together and still have a vibration. Pulled shaft and took it to a machine shop and it is out of round .002” which is well within spec. Gearbox splines are fine. New clutch hub on electric clutch.
Now here’s where it gets strange. Customer said when he get the grain tank 1/4 full or fuller the vibration is gone. He empties the tank and it comes back. I told him to check the front grain tank legs and the frame under the primary gear case for cracks. Other than those two things I’m lost.

I would start by removing belts to narrow down the vibration. Helps to know where it is coming from for sure. Put rotor in neutral to make it is not rotor, ect..

Check grain tank fill auger/ bubble up auger. When they get wore they van het way out of balance. It goes away when grain gets around it and dampens the vibration
