Have any of you guys had any cracks develope on the unloading drive. It's the arm the cylinder pivots down to engage the drive. Had several cracked welds on the bottom and one that ran all the way across the top to the back side. Just curious if it's common.

Tom, you're the wizard of fixit in the Deere combine world.
That's the best you can do?

Don

OK Don
Also look at the pivot for the unloading auger drive on the bottom of the grain bin, they will also crack, i think that is what reinkefarms said, the bearings on the pulleys will go out in 1000 hours or so, also the pulley hub were the shear bolt goes will be wore if not greased. The cylinder can go bad.

Don this is Sunday afternoon, i worked last night until 800 PM and need some rest but you will not let me rest or maybe it's me.
Its OK just got a call from a customer about there combine.

Have a GREAT HARVEST to you and everybody.
