I've seen mice chew a hole through the rear plastic panel that the controllers are mounted to on a 9630, on my own 9200 the rubber grommet where the heater and A/C lines come into the cab had come out of it hole letting those little bastards in, Haven't had an issue since I found where they were getting in. Check under the steering column, RH console, and the area behind the seat you should find the hole in those areas

Yeah it seems mice have been wrecking havoc in all kinds of equipment!

I checked clutch area but might pull seat out yet to get better access to behind the seat. I think you are correct that this is the most likely place to get in.

Mice seem to be breeding in full force here, I use vomitoxin in the shed my combines, planter, a couple tractors among other things, was in the shed just a week or so ago, snaped some pics of a for/aft valve, checked over the combines a little and cabs were just a little dusty but no sign of mice, went back there yesterday to grab one cause I got a seal out on the pto so I need to get going on it.

As soon as I opened up the bi-fold two mice come running in, if witnessing that wasnt disturbing, (the combines are parked in a row) I needed the one in the middle so I back out the one in the back and all was fine, go to grab the one I need that has never once had mice in it ever is suddenly a disaster so we blow it out a bit to get it to the shop, decide to check the one way up front and as soon as I open the door two mice went running into the console. I put fresh cab fresh in not much over a month ago, I have never had mice problems in this shed before but I have also always been way proactive about it cause it is a large shed and there is usually well over a million dollars worth of stuff in there at any given time. Them stupid things can cause a lot of damage in a short period of time.

Anyone got any way to keep them a long distance away from the valuables so the mesures taken inside the biulding become more fail proof? That might be the big ticket
