The only solution to broken kernals is slow rotor speed and keep it full (cushion). You might try closing the stripper plates as tight as possible to take in more trash!
Some corn just cracks up real bad. All you can do is run the rotor as slow as possible. IDK about the crop angel rotor - essentially you want a gentle concave in real dry corn. Make sure its got lots of open area to let the kernals out of the rotor area ASAP.
Nothing you can do with the sieve area to reduce cracks - cracking happens in the rotor/concave. At that point, sometimes turning up the air to blow the broken kernals out (maybe) - but then you are losing that weight anyway.....
