What indicates when rotor flights need replaced? The front ones stick up quite aways from the mounting bracket. The rear are flush with the mountings and get sharp futher back. If the back are worn worse than the front, does the front ones need replaced also? If front round bar concave section is worn more than the middle and back, should they all be replace or just the worn one. Also, feed accelerator blades have been flipped over once, now both sides are worn half way through and come to a point at the top, should they be replaced?

when the rear flight is worn flush with the mount - as you stated, i would say to replace both front and rear. yes it is quite a bit more money, but it is not all that much fun to get in there and if your going in - might as well do both
your feed acc strips probably need to be replaced. if you have any tough feeding crops - green stem soybeans, or anything the like, you will soon have feeding problems and it will start grumbling more and more under your feet. there are some conditions where it is better to have worn strips but most of the time they should have an edge to them
