We found about a 10% increase form the 9650 we had, we have since traded for 9770 and I'm not sure I should have I really liked that WTS.
As for the 2 speed cylinder drive, I'm pretty sure it had one, never used it so I want to be careful I'm not confusing it with with the 9650.
