I'm having issues with the roll pins that hold the enter sheive on they keep stripping out. I've got a new shaft and enter sheive that I'm going to put on. Anything else I can do to prevent this from happening again. I replace these same parts last year.

When you install the sheave on the shaft make sure it is clean and dry. And use lots of retaining compound. Put most if it in the sheave so you don't push it into the seal. And let it sit for a day before you use it.
