Tom, I did a rolling check yesterday and came up with 950 for a CAL number for 20.8 X 42 - R1 tires on a 9760. Does that sound right?

Don't what happen to these tire sizes, but that looks about right.


830 = 24.5 X 32 - R2

834 = 30.5L X 32 - R2

835 = 18.4 X42 - R1

838 = 18.4 R42 - R1

856 = 20.8 R42 - R1

860 = 650/75 R32 R1-

884 = 710/75 R34 R1

902 = 35.5L X 32 - R2

905 = 20.8 R42 - R2

  1. <LI class=list>Prepare the combine for Calibration:
    • Turn the Key Switch to the RUN position
    <LI class=list>Select Diagnostic Mode:
    • <LI class=list>Press the Diagnostic Button on the Cornerpost Display 2 (CPD2).
    • The Cornerpost Display 1 (CPD1) will display:
    -: Table

    Line 1
    _ - - -
    Line 2
    _ dIA
    Line 3
    _ _ _ _

    <LI class=list>Go to the desired controller:
    • <LI class=list>Press the Up Arrow and Down Arrow Buttons on the display to access the controller number (E01 shown).
    • The CPD1 should display:

    • Press the Enter Button.
    <LI class=list>Go to desired address:
    • <LI class=list>Press the Up Arrow and Down Arrow Buttons on the display to located the desired address (117 shown). <LI class=list>Line 1 will show the address alternating with “InP”. This indicates that this address is one where numbers can be input.
    • The CPD1 should display:
    -: Table

    Line 1

    <LI class=list>Input the desired value:
    • <LI class=list>Press the Enter Button. <LI class=list>The first number of the value shown in Line 3 will flash. <LI class=list>Press the Up Arrow and Down Arrow Buttons on the display to increase or decrease the value of the flashing digit. <LI class=list>When the desired value is flashing, press the Calibrate button to move to the next digit. <LI class=list>Continue changing the value, one digit at a time until the desired value is shown on the CPD1.
    • Press Enter Button to enter the new value into memory.
    <LI class=list>Return to normal operation:
    • <LI class=list>Press the Back Arrow Button on the CPD2 twice to return to normal operation.
    • Turn the Key Switch OFF.
    • The next time the machine is started, this calibration information will be used by the combine
