OK, first thread started by me on this site,,,,,,which I love by the way.

We farm 4,000 acres of corn and soybeans and are in the market to buy a combine this Fall. Prior to this we have had our acres custom done. I have experience running green combines but want the best for our money and have heard good comments on the CIH 7010 and 2388/99. We also utilize JD Greenstar 2 autosteer program and wonder if it can even be compatible with the red combines and still be able to upload harvest data as that is a crucial step. Other opinions on other manufacturers is welcome as well.

Thank you in advance.

Look at a 560 Lexion, it will thrash with any class VII machine out there and do as good or better of a job. I believe that the Deere GPS system will work in most of the newer machines that are GPS ready.
