Having trouble with 9770 unloading auger swinging back to combine. Has anyone had similar problem?

Does unload auger have to come off to put in washers for turret? Has no zerks for unload so has turret. Thought at first it was a bad cylinder, but replaced and didn't make a difference. It will usually fold out, but will not fold back. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Agree with farmerjones, Had the same issue on one of our 9770's, Dealer took it to shop because they had to remove the turret. Dave

Mine started the same thing last week..I took bolts off of the bottom of the collar and it went back to working..are tall puttuing washers between the bottom bolts??
