Has anybody put a fuel vent on a 1998 2388 fuel tank. We have ran this one for one season and it does not appear to have a vent and each time I open the tank there is a fair amount of vacuum which I am assuming is reducing our hp or increasing fuel consumption.

Any quick effective fixes?

hard to know if it is lacking horsepower, because it has been like this since we purchased it and our old combine was a 1680 and it has more power than it but whether it has as much is unknown.

Give the vacuum that is generated I would assume there is some horsepower issues.

I will check what you indicated thanks
