Oh mama, is that a twelve rower, cause that big babe needs a wide one.
Only the wide ones turn my crank.
Don't get upset, narrow ones, cause it's better to think big.
If the lane 'aint wide enough doze it wider.
If the field 'aint big enough, start dozing out hedges.

I'm no expert but I think if you maximize the contact area of the tires to the ground you will decrease the pounds per square inch hopefully cutting down on compaction, less passes will also. I know the operator prefers the duals over the logger tires on their last 2 combines. On cold mornings when transporting, the logger tires weren't a smooth ride until they warmed up.
