we tested it it and found it fairly good as far as i can remember
with the new model they have fixed the moisture curve so that it one thing
you can't cange anymore
but you can still put in a cal number
we had some problems with the
the sample rate of the moisture meter
since this is fixed now as well (if i remember right)
so it ended up that the motor stalled 2 or 3 times
i think this problem is fixed now
I don't believe it is, but I could be wrong. They should make it an option of mounting either there, or removable so the GS2 touchscreen display can be displayed since they overlap each other's functions, and thus up out of the way and touch screen.
Quote:Is that small screen on the arm rest a touch screen or do you use the buttons? Ours won't be here until mid July and I don't have the lit handy.
No not a touch screen. I see their still using that same crappy mount for the GS2 display. They could mount it so it was in a more inconvenient viewing location but that would be quite a struggle.
Don, here's what we did for mounting. The OEM mount was a little pricey, so we just whipped up one that mounts on the old GS1 location. Use all three screws! It's a little out of the way, but it's not too much trouble to use the touch screen.
The problem is the screen is large and the border around the screen is wide making mounting in the current cab tricky, to not block view or make convenient to see.
