At one time there was a company that made an aftermarket kit to do this. It included an electric/hydraulic valve that did the trick. My mind isn't working yet this morning and I can't think of the name of the company though.
Edit: Brain fart is over, I think the name of the product is "The Big Shaver". I don't have a clue if the company is in business anymore or if the product is available.
