How do we go about adding duals to our combine that has 24.5x32 tires? The ladder has already been extended, so I'm guessing the machine previously had duals and the owner took them off before he traded it. It functions with single tires, but things get a little wobbly with a 30' head, especially when one tire hits a soft spot. Should we be looking for tractor tires of a certain size? Is there some kind of spacer kit, or do you just share the same lug nuts? Would there be final drive limitations? Thanks for any advice....

I think 18.4 x 38 match up pretty good. You can go to company websites and match up the overall diameter of tire sizes. Most combines of that size have 30.5 x 32 on them.

Yeah 30.5 would be much better. That is what the R60 and R70 had. I was wondering about maybe dishing them out, would that help some? Why they're dished in, I don't know.
