Thanks for posting this, good to watch as I was not able to join this meeting. Will try to schedule myself better for next one as the format is good to quickly discuss ideas & issues.
the dual antennae option is going to be great once available.

I really found useful watching through. I agree very difficult to find anybody to help with documentation as is such a time consuming task. I also think Brian is very sensible not reducing the form factor of the board too much as he said it needs to be accessible to those experienced and inexperienced. If the dual antenna system will be accurate enough to remove the was, I think will be a game changer for retrofitting steering systems. Thanks for posting the vids.

Hey all this is long overdue but here is a link to the AgOpenGPS video meeting I'm hosting on Wednesday, August 28th 2019 at 16:00 UTC. I'm going back to Zoom for now as I have to iron out some more issues on Jitsi. Please join us, everyone is welcome.

Here's what we'll be talking about

  1. Organization
*Do we need a board or committees (personally I think that level of organization might be a bit much but might be needed for sanity sake)
    * Do we set up a dedicated forum/website?
    * Do we ask Combine Forum to give us a separate section with stickies etc.
*Do we give the Mattermost platform a shot again
    *Reddit?
  2. Wiki
This might need to be seriously updated and perhaps a version of the same page for each language. If we have a dedicated AOG website the wiki can have a home there.
  3. Issues or bugs
How are we going to feed Dual antenna setups into AgOpenGPS
  4. PCB stories
Who is running what version? What do you like, what don't you like?

I ended up with bits and pieces of it. I will post what I have. Still the same problem with my ISP; very spotty connection. I have a wireless broadband router as we can't get Fiber or DSL where I live, that might be the problem.

Rant below:
I'm a little frustrated with my provincial government who promised in 2008 that they would get "high speed" to all areas of our tiny little province, then paid a monopoly millions of dollars to get the infrastructure in place. Now 11 years later they paid more millions to the same monopoly and we still don't have a reliable rural broadband connection.

I watched the vid in post 11. I think I heard that people say using the PCB is to hard. I just got mine done and found it easy to assemble. I'd put together something for the wiki if you like. (I could at least submit something for you to look over).

That would be great, anything helps. I don't understand the pcb is hard part. I would think point to point wiring of a handmade board much harder and prone to many more errors.

A little late notice but hopefully you can join, this is about 24.75 hours from this post going up. I got a new mobile broadband router so hopefully it goes a little smoother this time.
