i didn't mean to come across like i didn't feel bad for the family losing him. Just that fact that they have to unload a brand new machine. This is were auctions can be good and bad. Good they could get more for the machine than what he paid or bad it goes for less than what he paid. No doubt i feel bad for the family for losing him though.

Or I misunderstood you. Either way thank you.
Is that not a Lexion to the right of the 2588? No mention of it in the sale bill.

Anyone know the story here?

He should be able to get more for it than they paid, because of the demand for combines right now. But, if the dealer was worth anything at all, they would just take it back and sell it to someone else.

Agree, but the combine is a good draw for the sale, probably more help for the family that way.
