We bought a new CR9065 and a 94C draper header and today we were getting it setup. We had a CR9060 and a 94C before this. I am having trouble with the Auto Header height. I put the header on and did the header calibration. Then I was working on setting the sensors on the header. I have it set like we had the 9060 set however it is not working right. It is set so when all the weight is on the combine (raised) the sensor sits on the top stop pretty hard. I moved the top stop down about half way in the slot and left the bottom alone. To get the stubble height that I want I have to run the sensor pretty high. So then when I raise the header with the Resume button it raises to the Max work height and then will not go back to stubble height when I push Resume(I think this is because the sensor is to close to the reading it needs when in the stubble height). I was wondering how everyone else is set? There are no instructions for how to set this thing up. Although there may not be many 9065 out there it should be the same as all the new CR's I would think. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Josh

I had the same grief with our 9060 and 94c. I just called the honey bee factory direct and talked to a technition there and he e mailed me about 10 pages of info of settings. I followed the step by step instructions and got it tweeked perfect!

If your combine is new, why don't you just call the service department of the dealer you purchased the combine from? It is under warranty and if you can't get it figured out over the phone they should send out a tech to set it properly for you.
