You are probably right but does the combine have field tracker on it because I have seen it cause a problem like this.

Then what I would recommend you do is see if you can find someone that will let you switch out the modules and see if it still has the problem because I'm pretty sure you don't want to buy that module and it not be the problem seeing how they are rather expensive.
