I've cut Lupins before here in SC...and im guessing im thinking of the same crop. I grew some for a wildlife seed company (Blue Lupin)...I simply cut with the initially soybean settings by the book...made some slight adustments for post-header loss. But i came to the conclusion after getting done...that here, it must mature in stages where i'm going to end up with a little greenness and ALOT of header loss. The white seed pretty much looked like snow on the ground before i start (real sensitive seed pod). Although I was able to get the "unbelievably" clean.
