Just got done mowing ditches and was thinking why aren't i baling these?
1. because i have no idea what I'm doing!

Should a guy buy a round baler or square bale?
How much would each of the two types bring?
How many Round bales can you get in say 1 mile
how many square bales.
Everything will be bales along fields and creeks.
What would be the best baler for this kind of baling no flat field to bale just ditches.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated as i have no idea what I'm doing.

Looks like you are in the valley? Do you have a loader with grapple? I do all highway ditches and township roads and every year I ask "why am I doing this" the rotary mower would be the way to do these.I do get $35 a round bale but takes a week of work to get 120 bales.Oh I do run a Vermeer 605 K baler cheap and gets the job done.
